Gallery/ Instagram Feed Website Images
In order to create a strong sense of branding I aim to include images from separate band photoshoots, behind-the-scenes music video images and general band-related images, i.e. typical live performance shots and merchandise.
Given that I could not emulate a live performance for the 'band', I used images from concerts I have been to as well as copyright-free images within the instagram feed to create a sense of the band being very established and genuine. As present with many modern pop bands, I also posted edited memes, tailored as promotion for the band's work. This included editing the iconic image of the album Chandler Bing is holding as well as the song Old Man Jenkins is listening to in an episode of Spongebob Squarepants. Lastly, I used stills from the music video, especially those of the Grady Twins as they were a unique visual within the music video and it creates synergy between all of the media products involved in my coursework.
