Band Biography Draft

Things to include: - Where the band is based (Kent) - How they formed (met at local concert) - Who the band members are (singer, guitarist, drummer) - Accomplishments (Radio 1 song of the week) - Who they're signed to (SONY Music) - Influences and style (genres - new wave, indie pop) - History (First demos to debut album) - Future plans (International tour) First Biography Edit: Wet Table was astounded when Greg James announced their track '...' as song of the week in early October; however this group of prodigious youngsters and their pop sound have been causing a buzz in the Kentish music scene since their debut album, '...', in September 2019. Process of Making Website

Image
After experimenting initially with a blank page to explore different techniques and effects which I could potentially include in the actual band website, I decided to use a recommended pre-existing template. Because at the time I was unsure of which i...

Band Website Content

This was implemented commonly throughout the websites I analysed including that of The 1975, Ariana Grande and Post Malone. 2) Tour Information I researched popular UK live music venues and collated a list which the band will 'perform' for, drawing inspiration from these websites; https://www.gigwise.com/photos/92758/ https://www.theguardian.com/travel/2018/dec/06/uk-best-independent-music-venues-readers-travel-tips https://www.standard.co.uk/go/london/music/the-small-london-music-venues-you-need-to-have-on-your-radar-a3895311.html I then finalised a list of UK band events: - Dingwalls, London - The 100 club, London - The Castle & Falcon, Birmingham - Rock ...
